Ginger Frailey
Senior Vice President & Partner, The Macauley Companies
Since 1981, Ginger Frailey has served in a variety of leadership positions in
the development of master planned communities. Currently the Senior Vice
President of The Macauley Companies, Mrs. Frailey has oversight for the
planning, programming and design of communities, along with the positioning,
marketing, and sales programs.
Prior to moving to Atlanta, Mrs. Frailey served as a Vice President/Project
General Manager for Arvida overseeing the nationally known Sawgrass residential
community and Jacksonville Golf & Country Club in Jacksonville, Florida. In
Atlanta, Mrs. Frailey's roles have included Vice President/General Manager of
TERRABROOK, with responsibilities for such notable communities as Windward in
North Fulton along with Laurel Springs, and Windermere in
Forsyth County. Later she served as National Vice President of Sales &
Marketing for TERRABROOK, then the nation's largest developer of master planned
communities, and traveled throughout the United States and became knowledgeable
about numerous key markets.
Mrs. Frailey is a native Floridian, a graduate of the University of Florida, and
is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute, currently serving on the
Community Development Council.
